About Pat Acton

Pat Acton was raised in Holliston Massachusetts and moved to the Charlotte Metro area in 2004. He comes from a background of 35 years in Children’s apparel with Carter’s Oshkosh and brings vast sales, marketing and customer service experience to bear when working with his real estate clients. 

Pat attended University of Arizona and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and his education and acquired skills give him a unique insight into how to guide his clients to a great buying and selling experience from Start to Finish. 

Pat began this new journey to fulfil a lifelong passion for the world of Real Estate and more generally to help people secure their dream property with as little stress as possible. 

Pat is married and spends the summers in the NC mountains and the winters on the SC Coast with his wife Hannah and 3 prized rescue dogs. He spends his free time golfing, hiking, skiing, and watching his beloved sports teams.
